To many people from these countries still live in the past. old habits die hard and it seems to be hard for people to forget.

Many horid things happened in the past to most nations but we have to try and move on.

I agree entirely, hence why I was just trying to stick to Russia. We could spin off into the hypocricy and actions of our own countries but this debate would never end

I’m not saying the US is in the right over this. All I am saying is that if the 5 permanent members of the UN Security Council don’t flipping well grow up sometime soon, not only are innocent people going to continue to die in the meantime, but, mark my words, we will all be paying the price in due course. It’s just a matter of time.

i do speak russian and my partner is russian/Ukrainian. My family are polish/french.

so i do understand all thats said on the tv.

could be right. Starts out as peace keeping then an american gets killed by what ever means…cough cough!! this will lead to more American troops entering the region. hostilities arise. great way of putting American friendly people in power…IRAQ!!!

I personaly do not think georgia would have tried to take south Ossetia without some sort of go ahead from the US. remember its the Us who have been given them weopons…they broke all rocords on the growth military capabilities in a short time…30x more than they had.

It appears to me that there IS an agenda…and at this point it is no secret. Russia wants is former Soviet satellites back and is willing to use force to get them.
