I bought something through ebay, turned up not as described as there were items missing. I was reasonable and after a partical refund just to go towards getting the new parts.
So the selling is clearly not going to refund anything, I advise that is fine I will raise a dispute she then replies
“send it back then you d1ckh8ad”
I was polite and still am, lodged the complaint then I get another email stating the following
“Send me the item back if you want your money back. MY ADDRESS HERE. Is your address and I will make life hell for you if you drag your heals! Trust me”
I have just responded saying to follow the paypal dispute procedure and should I assume the above is a threat…
“I have responded to the claim. When you send it back you will receive a refund. Send it back or my mate lives 10 mins and will be calling round tomorrow evening!”
It’s not that I have 3 kids mate, sure these will turn out to be idle threats but I just cannot take the risk.Bit nervous if I’m honest actually I think anxious is probably a better word.
Ebay and paypal will give you your money back, (If you used paypal). i had a problem with an item and the selling never got back in contact but Paypal refunded. make sure you log and save everything.

Even if their mate does come to your house they’ll see you have kids and bugger off. then you can call the plod and give them the sellers address.
Tell the seller (calmly) that you want a partial refund and that if they continue to threaten you then you’ll involve the police
Just tell your kids not to answer the door. Give the police a call, and just tell them you’ve got young kids and ask them what you should do if this guy turns up.

What area are you in? I’m sure there’s folk off here to cover your back as plod wont do’owt to help you if her mate did turn up.
How far does she live? I’d take charge of the situation. People are’nt so trappy when your courier turns up at their door “to return the goods”. I used to use a courier that was particularly good at imparting to these d1ckheads just how the land lies;)

Yes - let us know what happens - that’s a nightmare. She sounds like a total nutcase.
Report it to E bay also, give her a bad rating and if things get worse am sure there are a fair few people on here who would be happy to help. I can also help on the e bay rating scale as can various folks I know.
Plus am happy to pop round for a visit if need be on the Triumph ;)
