Wish me luck!

Great news John…although it would be nice this year to read some posts from you that ‘dont’ contain the word hospital!

Due down to Medway either this weekend or next, will hopefully be able to pop in for coffee…you can teach me your new party trick - book juggling…or maybe not! :stuck_out_tongue:

Excellent John, he’ll be home soon throwing books at you  Kids’ powers of recovery are fantastic Q

Hello John,

That’s great news. Give him a hug from us!

Kathy x

He’s being moved to a ward this morning, all his lines and chest drains are out apart from a canula they’re keeping in just in case they need to put a line in for an emergency. He’s doing better than they hoped so far, so finger crossed, he’ll keep his recovery going

am hopeful for you John that 2009 will be a good year and a lot of the past issues are sorted for good…you certainly need a year of better luck thats for sure…

Excellent news John. That must be a huge relief. Glad things are going well and it only confirms the bounce power of children! My daughter had 4 teeth pulled (when 3 years old) and was running around at home that afternoon with no problems at all.

Glad to hear it went OK. All the best with the recovery. If he has the Johnse1 familty attitide then he’ll be back to normal before you know it!

Good stuff - excellent!

Lots of preyors and everything crossed. im sure he is in the best hands and by the messages has a whole lot of well wishers. God Bless;)

Mazal-Tov!:w00t: Lets keep the prayers going:)

Hows the little guy doing today, good I hope

Good news. x

Wendy has just phoned me. Daniel has an infection.:frowning:

They’re not sure exactly what kind of infection it is, it’s been picked up from a blood test. He hasn’t got any symptoms, he’s still lively, no temperature, and he’s eating. He’s now got an IV drip in, and they’re giving him antibiotics. They’re going to grow a culture over the weekend so hopefully by Monday they’ll know exactly what it is.

No sh*t man, thats bad news. Im sure he’ll fight through it, atleast it doesn’t seem to be getting to him.

My thoughts are with you and your family

Keeping a close eye on progress. keeping everything crossed for the little soldier. best of luck

Thanks for keeping us up to date John.

It’s amazing how resilient little ones can be. Everything is crossed for the little fella.

Thanks for the update, John.

It’s good to know they’re on the ball at the hospital, too.

Thats right, he’s in good hands by the sound of it!

Sending you all our best wishes - at least if he hasn’t got symptoms it might be a passing thing. Hope so. xxx

Got everything crossed for you and your family John, sending the little guy a big hug
