she was sitting in trafic, there was a turning to the right of her, wich she was over shot the half way, as i came down the side she pulled out to turn, just as i got to her rear door, no time to do anything, about a foot to swerve, i did try, she carried on driving when i was on the floor, pushing me along, i thought this aint looking good, when she did stop, her rear wheel was on my arm, the guy in the car behind her said
he would be witness as he see her just pull out on indication, and she said sorry i didnt even think i just thought id take this turning, and when for it, didnt look our give it a second thought, the police came when i was getting checked out in the ambulance, when i came out every one had gone! I did,nt claim for injurys, as i felt for her, said her son died last year, and always took exstra care for looking for bikes,
it was the front wheel i hit i was about a 10%lean to the right, did,nt see damage to her car.
