Very sorry to hear this but glad to know you’re OK.

Sorry to hear about this. Hope you’ve been seen by docs & it all gets sorted

Just got letter today, the bitch is saying its, not her at falt,

she admitted it at the time, more **** to go through now:crazy:

Not her fault?? Did she turn across your lane, coming from the opposite direction? Or were you filtering past her in the same direction when she decided to turn right?? (Without looking in both cases).

Not sure where she is coming from in either case. Probably her insurance company influencing her…

+1 i’d like to know that too

They are in the process of sorting out a claim for me through MIB as he was untraced.

Theyre all bikers and know whats going on.

They do there best. Give them a call and see what they say.

Best of luck mate.

@ Jetstream - Do you still loose you NCB if MIB pay out?

Hope not. Not like it was my fault when a Range Rover parked on my foot at a junction.

Do let me know how you get on. I’d be interested to know if your NCB still stays intact. I was wondering how some of these companies manage to offer “uninsured drivers cover”. This explains a lot.

Well I` just got a renewal with 6 years NCB.

lol… Sorry, I shouldn’t laugh but that did make me giggle. Why was he parking at a junction. :S muppet!

Daniel, if you’re bored the whole story is here:http://londonbikers.com/forums/705715/Jetstream-mildly-miffed?Keywords=mildy%20milfed#bm705755

Fookin’ 'ell. Back in 2010 and it still isn’t sorted!

Did you have any luck tracing the reg number?
