Seriously, how do those people on 3 wheelers....

You do need one, you are a public servant and are obliged to provide a PACE handbook to anyone who requests it, if you do not carry one you have to radio another patrol car to bring you one.

Hahahaha. I think Windows removed that feature with the XP OS.

forum arguing ergh !

Very true there, same goes for some drivers out there. They feel safe inside a car. a bloke almost run me over last week when I was on a pedestrian crossing & this bloke started was acting flash infront of his GF saying " next time I’ll kill you" then drove off. 2 mins up the road I see car parked up & him in local shop. His face droped when he see me next to his car, he made up a load of rubbish about him having a bad day and not looking for trouble. If he wasn’t such a mumbling twat I’d had smacked fook out of him lol

mores the pity

I do not need one at all and you’re talking rubbish.I think you’ll find you’re talking about the codes of Practice and how a person detained in custody has the right to look at them.

I think a copper helped me get a first in Evidence Law, since they gave me information on unsolicited comments that were not even covered in our course, Code C, Paragraph 11.4 & 11.4A Note 11E.

Doubt any other students managed to dig that up!

its all love

ill bring donuts to make u smile…

whats your fav?

glazed or toffee?

On a more serious note…and in some way defending illyz.

His attitude is “odd” on this board, but it isn’t really that odd, there is an attitude of “them” and “us” when it comes to the police, both inside the police and in the public mindset. And in his defence he has said that when the uniform is not on, he doesn’t have a problem, though his personal attacks against coppers all being bullied kids seems to contradict that.

I have said in the past, rather incoherently when drunk, that this stems from the way in which the police are used. They are not used to serve the public, but instead they are used to serve interests that are not always in accordance with what is best for the public, this fosters the attitude that the police are against us…in some quarters.

I think that is a problem, I think people should look at the police the same way we look at the fire brigade and NHS staff, there I think it is only a tiny minority of people who are massive ar*eholes that actually dislike either of them.

Yet with the police there is no such feeling, and there is no such corresponding feeling that the people that dislike the police are massive ar*eholes…maybe on this board, but it certainly is not a tiny minority either.

The police need a big shake up and a massive change in their priorities to redress this, and so does the law itself to reflect that, both should be there to serve the public, not to suppressive or make impotent their ability to protest, not to subdue them, not to dictate to them what they can and cannot do when the state has no business being involved.

That is my sensible post for the day.

ok baz…

i just received some insider information

and the good news this sorry is genuine

When you qualify I got a job for you as my lawyer.

When I think of you Kaos the Scarface quote comes to mind;

“OK…you wanna mess with me? OK…I call my lawyer…he so good that tomorrow you will be in Alaska…so dress warm”

This thread is all the proof you need…

Some people do some people don’t and some people do some of the time.

Thing is about the ‘this is the internet’ comment, usually that is an acurate description of any one of the millions of internet forum out there - you meet some people on teh internet, you have a difference of opinion, hou have a little argument or whatever, you call each other names or whatever but you don’t care cos you’ll never see the other person and they probably live on the other side of the world…the difference with this place is that the people on this forum do actually meet up in person, which makes this forum a lot different to the norm.

Good afternoon LB.

As some may know, I ride a trike, not because I particularly want to ride a trike, but because a nagging paralysis of the lower body forbids a bike.

It is a vehicle that combines all the disadvantages of a car (filtering not too good) and all those of a bike (get wet and cold according to the meteorological conditions). In addition, it being a custom vehicle, basically a V-Max with a load of extra gubbins hanging off the back, it tends to be broken a lot of the time because everything is now out of spec.

Naturally, I ride like an old granny and never go over 50… ahem.

What it is good for is taking my ex-Page 3 model friend for a run in minimal clothing and no helmets, on a gloriously sunny day, and checking the state of her knickers as she gets off the pillion seat. So there are some compensations.

Good to see you back buddy

dude trikes are completely different from those other 3-wheelers the ones that have two wheels at the front ( those i don’t like ) trikes on the other hand are cool in my books  and since you have a condition not allowing to ride 2-wheelers then it’s perfectly understandable.

3 page model on the back, eh? brilliant!

actually would like to point out, that when i said anyone riding 3 wheeler is a p*ssy, i meant those scooters with two wheels at the front only and those guys who have nothing wrong with them physically, those guys should be ashamed of themselves

saw two coppers on these this morning around the corner from Angel on City Road, they were checking a lorry or something.

Looked quite weird O_O

are we talking these

or these?
