Oops I did it again

Yes I know, the dye tap is permanently on the bench covering a huge scratch you put in it with a knife when I asked you to remove a drill bit from it’s plastic cover that you cut the end off that actually had a hole in to remove the drill bit from! :w00t:

Have you checked the handle bars for the missing Pazzo?

Looks good. A few months early though, still got 2 or 3 months to squeeze some other project in before summer hits

Seeing as I can’t delete this post, seems I’m a few months behind…

There’s still more to go with the bike I’m not totally finished with her, looking to start up again beginning of feb

ah you finished it!

looks nice, liking the front forks…you fancy crashign my thou so i can claim and re-build it:D:D:D:P

Nah I’m done being wiped out by nob drivers

Afro, you still got those k5 forks going?
Id be well interested!!!

So following on this happened

So I did this

And fitted these

why the power commander? does it make much diffrence on a 650??

thats not a dig! im serious.

I’ve been screwed by an over fueling issue for 6months now getting 80miles per 11 litres which is shocking. I’ve tried so many different things and the last step was a power commander with remap as I’ve got micron down pipes scorpion end can and custom link pipe.

Adding the bike is over 45k miles it’s worth a shot with a custom map

nice i liek your thinking, my tank range seems to be dropping, maybe i could do the same if it works, let us knwo how you get on.

i’m nearly on 43k miles myself.

I thought you’d sold the bike Baz.

It was until I found out insurance is a complete joke on a gsxr so stuck with the sv for the time being until these claims are settled.

Brake lines fitted and 90% bled
Firm Renthal grips fitted
Relocated the pc3 loom as it was in the way of the air box

New Mirrors
New flush indicators for the front
New tank bra
New Suzuki bolts and clips (cost a bomb)

More whenever it turns up in the post

Got some powder coating done silver and satin black

Foot rest hangers
Gear/brake levers
Chain adjuster end caps and side plates
Spindle nut
Hugger bracket

Masked up and sanded the frame

Painted stardust silver

I’ll give it a flat and polish once it is all set

Taken longer than I wanted but my temp mudguard worked so well I didn’t bother till the other week. So picked up a k4 gsxr 1000 fender. Cut down the rear mounts then had it colour matched.

It was the last bit so glad it’s finished but no doubt I’ll find something else to get like rear sets
