Basically it’s all to do with the payment traffic and how ledgers borrow money against the funds so that the float floats and I have no idea what I’m talking about.
It’s not a payments thing, it’s a consumer rights thing.
Lots of protection for buyers: Section75 (credit card claw back), returns, warranties, guarantees, etc.
Naff all for sellers.
