Looking for a new place to live and new flat mates

We’ve decided to move to a nicer location following our break in. Chiselhurst which is a mile away from where we live in se9, is a lovely area and we’ve already seen a few really nice places to stay.
We need to move at the end of April so can look until then.

There are a few places for around £1300/1400 that are 3 bed with big gardens and brick garages with off street parking so it would ideally suite a couple. £650 plus bills per couple.if the 3rd room is big enough then we have our current flat mate that might join us and further reduce the cost.

Anyone this side of the world interested?

Of course, were clean and tidy so we’d ideally like the same in flat mates
We have all the furniture.

My one bed flat should be available in May. Has nice views and off street parking, but the downside is it’s in Thornton Heath. I will of course sort out proper bike security.

thanks for the offer Eezy but we’re ideally loking for a large garden and brick garage. We have loads of almax chains and a motion sensor alarm on order but still want piece of mind of bricks n mortar

thought of trying further afield and getting more for your money?

we have but its driving time to work for me. its currently 1 hour and i dont really fancy taking longer. also, my boss might get the hump on the driving expenses. fuckedIfYou. FuckedIfYouDont

Give this bloke from FB a call or PM he was doing that house “biker focused” with cctv and sh…

Fancy Kensington? I’m on the prowl for accomodation again, we could get a mews house with a garage.

Jeesus Joby. slightly outta our price range

There’s a critical mass of people with rental property occupancy. With enough residents it’s possible to afford nicer places, esp if they all share and want just one garage…

Yea but I’ve lived in big sharehouses before and it can get difficult esp with a problem tenant. then they do a runner and leave you to pay their way

Ideally 4 people max is comfy enough

Joby and Martin. If you both are looking SW areas, we might consider but i’d have to be within 45min to 1 hour drive of blackheath area where I work mostly

it’s 1 hour from my place to shooters hill.

36 minutes from Harlow or chelmsford

Chislehurst/bickley sounds perfect it’ll be great to have a new neighbour and I can walk to the barbecues then

Google says it takes 29 minutes to Blackheath from SW7, probably a bit longer with traffic. Can I sort out a house keeper? I know a good one.

I expect at todays 45min google traffic, it would take at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours of travel. doubt youd get a garage in those areas as I have loads of tools

dammit that was my plan too!

Jokes aside, is Bickley nice or a shitter full of thieving scrotes

Ooh, move to Chislehurst and you’ll be local to some Live Action Role Playing in the caves! http://www.labyrinthe.co.uk/

(Wow, I was 14 last time I did that and it’s still around…)

Yeah right, we believe you now…
