This is a joke, meant for laughing at.
No one is actually suggesting that what the “joke” suggests
took place or ever would. That’s the whole point about
a joke.
I always say if you can’t laugh at yourself you’d better apply for a German passport 
(and before anyone gets the wrong idea about that comment, I grew up there and I practically am one, so don’t worry, this isn’t racist…its a joke)
