on the city 20 zones, I have to agree with you, they are simply a policy change geared toward making lobbyists happy, but are meaningless unless they are enforced, the countryside 50’s though are something else, lack of decent observation, poor physical driving skill and bad attitude lead to accidents, and the limits are reduced to cope with that lack of skill. simples.
