Inner City (or small town) ghettos

When I say “ghetto” where do you think of? Am planning a project next year and need to know where you guys rate

(and by rate I mean as a “ghetto” not as a place that is great to go to. I accept they’re often a bit run down in their own way )

(see Chambers dictionary definition of “ghetto”. Admittedly Golders Green is not Italian and has very few canals).

BTW - what sort of project are you planning? Sounds intriguing
