Saw my bike this morning for the first time and it`s all looks like new panels are needed, rear indicator and centre stand, but who knows if theres anything wrong underneath all that.
Sorry to hear this, it really is pretty dodgy out there. I hate to think of the tally of damage to LBers this year. Hope thing get all better soon.
Got a letter today from my solicitors wiht a copy of the witness statement.
The statement clearly supports my account of the accident so hopefully now I’ll get paid out soon.

once was sat at a round about in east barnet and van man came round me and stopped next to me (only 1 lane!) came so close i had to lean bike to the left so far i thought my leg was gna collapse! :w00t: caught up with him and he said…‘oh sorry mate i didnt even realise you were there’…on a mint green bandit with stubby race can in the middle of the road…bit hard to fookin miss!! :crazy:

ah hope ur ok fella. funny that ive just had a off 10 mins ago black cabbi had his indercators on to turn left then as i was over taking swung out to the right with left indicator still going- but was only low speed so iam lucky.

Got a letter today saying that a doctor will contact me so that they can examine me for my injuries. Ive already been seen by my doctor 2 days after the accident, its now been 3 weeks a bit late i would have thought.
Got a letter today from my solisitors saying my doctors appointment is on 7th Jan. Let`s hope sfter this i get paid up.

just want to add my 2penneth, glad you ok sunbeam, it seems that cause these cars are so small (in theory) they think they can do what they like thats why so many of them are involved in crap like this.
And dont forget to claim for the kit as well as the bike.
