Glad that your relatively ok and that youve managed to get hold of the insurance company and get a courtesy bike… really hope you get well soon, and if you must, put your feet up and rest tomorrow and dont go into work… (no need to rush back, health is way more important than anything else)

My solisitor rang up and told me to go and get a report fro the doctors which i will do tomorrow.
Also my bike is getting picked up and my curtesy bike is being dropped off, you`ll love what they are giving me.
