Sports bikes across Europe? Construct a route to ensure you hit sweet spots like the Ring and Transfăgărășan and wherever else you can think of with either the reputation for an interest in such things - Monaco, Siena - or good/interesting roads.
(Not entirely sure that sports bikes will be fantastically comfortable across Europe, but that’s probably not a major concern for anyone who has one.)

My mates are doing the Mongol Rally at the moment. Driving to Mongolia in a 800cc car!

Plan the route - so you know where everyone is going (literally and figuratively)Build relationships - manufacturers, hotels, drinks (e.g. Monster), etc. etc. it builds buzz and people are more likely to get on boardLegal stuff - road rules, local authorities in destinations, requirements for participantsGet an accountantDeal with insurance Divide stuff into logistics (setting it up with everything in place), operations (what happens it starts and runs), including how many people you will need to administer it all…
There’s loads more to it, but that’s a start, surely?
i’m pretty sure the gumball is also open to bikes…i have met someone who done it before on his bike.

maybe you can think of one that rides around the uk and see what comes out of it.
