got wiped out real bad last night

Jeez … you’re a lucky fella … you’re still with us. TFFT! It’s all been said already … that kind of behaviour should result in a total ban … for life. How could you ever trust someone like that. The reality of this might catch up with you later … don’t let it demoralise you. All the best.

damn… ya deffo need some time off mate!!! will catch up with ya sometime soon fella!!!

Fuuuuuuuu…

I’m glad you’re OK, dude. That sounds awful - definitely worst-nightmare territory.

Riding Partner…

Looks like my R6 few years back… But that was my stupid fault! inexperience on my part and should have got that Honda like I said I was… However, result, u came away in one, sore, piece… Its in the blood brother… get back a few of those nine lives back and will see you out there…

Maybe come ova for some of my BBQ chicken… might help you change your mind a little quicker?

ouch, that sounds and looks like a nasty hit

good to hear you’re ok though

Glad to know you are not seriously injured m8,
had the same sort of experience last year sept 2009, although not as injured as you, don’t expect him to get to much from the courts, I was riding home on the King’s rd when this bloke hit me on the side pulling out of a turning, I fell on my right side, when me & the bike came to a stop I then felt the bike move again as the car continued to turn right, he pulled up about 100 yds away, I asked a guy in a blue BM estate if he would be a witness & he said ok, the driver that hit me drove away after about 1 min,
as I saw him **** off the two guy’s in the BM gave chase?
& this is the best bit, they drove back around the corner with the culprit in the back of there car, the guy’s in the BM was two CID LOL :stuck_out_tongue:
they backed me up all the way, bike damage was 2,500 squids, the insurance paid for the damage shortly after, got a letter about june this year asking me to be a witness as they was doing him U\C & Attn also failing to stop after an accident,
court was due in oct this year, got a call from plod 3 weeks ago to say he had pleaded guilty “Now thats a surprise” (as 2x witnesses=CID)
anyway the point is he got about 340 squid fine & 6 point’s in total :w00t: not bad for him really (I think he should have got more) so make sure you claim for everything you can!
good luck m8 & chin up!..

Dude sounds like you had lady luck riding with you! Glad you’re just a bit bruised and burned (get a rubber ring if you’re having trouble sitting:w00t:!!) GWS

you could have washed the floor before taking pics…

:stuck_out_tongue:

Meh effort it’s glue I’ll be relaying the floor soon anyway tim you wanna give me a hand

sorry to hear about your off but glad your kit did the trick (imagine the damage if you’d had an open face helmet, for example) and kudos to your mates stopping the driver - what a ****.

f off … not got time …some of us have a bike to ride :hehe::cool::smiley:

I’ll give u a hand…

Glad to hear you’re not too badly injured and the car driver was caught. Whilst it’s a massive bummer, the bike can be repaired/sold and the main thing is you’re alright. Hopefully the fecker gets an appropriate punishment.

Never fails to amaze me the poor standard of car driving in London. I was waiting for a pedestrian to cross at a zebra crossing yesterday, can see a mini-scab in the mirror approaching from behind, screech and bang up my arse. Sigh.

Good luck with sorting it all out.

Only just seen this Baz, glad you are ok mate!

I think a few of the scatches on the bike may take a bit more than T cut to get rid;)

But but my PAINT!!! :frowning:

Blimey Barry I’m very sorry to hear this but very glad you survived it with non-permanent injuries.

Who was your friend who stopped him on the R6? Was it an LB member? That is a pretty amazing - and brave - thing to have done. Perhaps a special “LB Award” is in order

I look forward to hearing of the driver getting his ass burnt in court for dangerous driving and leaving the scene of an accident.

I wish you a swift recovery as well as a speedy and sizeable insurance payout. May you have much fun choosing something nice to replace your beautiful SV.

Looks really bad, glad your mate got the tw*t. Hope the police throw the book at him. Hope you feel a bit better soon.
How many offs has that been lately?.

Just sit back and think of the insurance money for you and your bike.
Hope your back on 2 wheels soon

woo

That’s 3 in the last 18months none being my fault but still it’s annoying

keep the tenner. manhug

Sorry to hear this, at least you are ok
