There’s two spaces needed to fill to get the £10 discount and at least two spaces for they day (might be more if no other people have phoned to book ;))
I am going on the assumption that we won’t get the discount but you never know…
Let me know if you do stick a deposit down and then i;ll add you to the list
Day starts at 10am, though good to get there a bit early - say 9:30 to relax.
Hels drove Elad and me down last time, so nice to share a lift.
Don’t forget - THEY DONT SERVE FOOD! (just some juice cordial) So bring a picnic.
There may be a burger van opposite the main entrance, which is a bit more than a walk away. It wasn’t there when we went last though. Otherwise you’ve got a 5-10 minute drive to the nearest shops.
Also, you may want to bring some cash (£40?) to buy the photos of you bouncing around on the bikes and upload on LB
I’m hoping to borrow a car at work, I’ll just get the clarification 2morrow.
I can come get u Serrison & Nivag, there may be one or two more spaces in the car. I don’t mind who I take though maybe a meeting point for this would be best, Shiver your welcome to join.
I’ll update 2morrow
Hi - always good to take photos too, though fair play to the pro photographer there he gets in all the right spots around the track and will get some good shots. Just warning you it will be hard to resist
Elad and Hels couldn’t resist buying, and even I bought again - even though they were similar to the first time I went, just got on different bike like the MX etc
I’ve been twice so far and will definitely be up for another this year, but can’t really commit to forking out loads of money for next Sunday because of the home situation.
As Alex (Zander) says there is a professional photographer there. Taking your own action shots isn’t possible really, as you are not allowed to wander about the track with a camera when the bikes are on it;) Although I took a few pics when we were on the baby track before we went on the big track and also photos of us hanging out with Barry and by the bikes etc:)
One word of warning - it takes longer to get there than you think. We set off at 8.20am sharp from Streatham Hill - straight onto the A23 - and got there about 8 minutes late. I’d be prepared to leave by 8am latest from south London and earlier from north.
Right well if bikergirl does manage to get a car, and Martin does manage to use his, I recon we’re covered… But what we’ll need is rough locations to try and arrange who goes in what car and meeting points!
