The survey is about perception of safety. A survey like this more likely to capture the views of people who feel unsafe, as it is a more memorable feeling[1] and therefore this survey is likely to be biased in favour of the cycle nazis.
I suggest that everyone else who fills out the survey makes this point in the comments box.
[1] For example I will remember for some time the speeding power ranger on a yellow motorcycle that crossed the centre line and nearly hit me head on in Battersea today, but have already forgotten nearly all the bikes that did not endanger me.
