Well 4 days before my birthday the CJU give me an early birthday present…
“proceedings are being instigated against the other driver in relation to the following offence: Driving Without Due Care and Attention”
The first date of the hearing is September 17th 2010 at 14.00pm (yes they did put PM next to a 24hr time format:P) At City of Westminster Magistrates Court. They do say I do not need to attend on this occasion, so I presume it’s just to hear his plea.
Can’t help myself but go and hear his plea. Anyone else free?
