Wow… that’s shitty about the service 
. Feels short sighted of them. I understand that people may waste their time by taking jolly test rides, but that’s the way it is sadly. Hate it when sales people don’t appreciate how they could make a loyal customer by building a bit of rapport.
After reading what you’ve said, I don’t know why I had in my head that the V2 was a competitor to the S1000RR. Considering all the bells and whistles maybe it’s not worth considering 
. Like you said though, I’m still keen to ride it.
I also heard it’s notably less comfy that the BMW, which might be a killer for me as I will use it for longer distance riding too. Reviews have said the BMW is good for long journeys despite the sportiness.
