It’s not a racist statement, I believe that everyone should be treated equal.
I drive a lot in Tenerife* and would be quite willing to have Spanish endorsements on my UK licence if I was caught doing something stupid behind the wheel.
*Yes I know Tenerife isn’t in the EU;)
Oh dear Arnie, I’m not going to have a go but you should realise that there something wrong if cops have stop you 2x. Correct it now before you end up regretting it. You love riding what would happen if the police take away your license? Or if something worst happens god forbid you will not forgive yourself ;)
WOW! Been watching this thread for a few minutes now, looks like I just stepped into a minefield! Still, my 2 bobs worth, no point in getting angry as like has already been said, what goes around comes around. After his ‘words’ with the plod the other day he may well be a ‘marked card’ and can expect this type of thing even if he’s not braking any laws. As for the multi licence thing, it’s only a matter of tivme before someone in a position to make change does so!!! Can’t say I see the point in getting angry about it though.

I do not forget that most of speeding things are a money making exercise an it cost way to much to chase foreign license older.
May be a reason why some borrow have started impounding polish’s car instead of giving them parking ticket as this is the only way to collect.

So by changing the way we vote and think makes it right for you to use numerous licenses to avoid getting banned for driving offences you have accumulated. I read your posts and take most of them with the humour i think you are trying to portray, but sometimes you write stuff that truely amazes me.
Explain how the UK are resposible for idiots like you who take advantage of a weak spot in the law when it comes to foreign lisence holders!!! If you do the crime then be a man and take what’s coming to you.

Tenerife is in the EU as it is a Spanish territory.
Canaries Island have a different taxes system than the rest of spain and they control their working population in a stricter way than most but short of taxes, all spanish and european laws applied there…
At least they did for the 5 years that I leaved there
By the way, with the Policia civil habit of shooting/bitting you up first then ask questions, license endorsement is not a priority issue there.
