And there was no consideration given to this potential scenario -
The guy was out near the white line (on his own side of the road - we all do to increase visibilty around a corner), saw the horse and went onto the brakes, the bike stood up and then ran wide onto the other side on the corner.
It was that annoying smug satisfaction that because the skid mark started on the wrong side then it was a riding without due care and attention charge.
