I feel like a bit of a div…but which department at the local council should you contact if you want to report diesel spills? It’s just that Tuesday and Wednesday this week the bus lane from Streatham bus garage all the way down to Brixton High Street was coated and IMO dangerous. BTW this is not to stoke up this (amusing) thread…just an honest question. Thanks 
If the spill is really bad you can call 999 otherwise the Highways Agency is who you need to contact.
If a person is caught spilling Diesel he/she can get up to a £5000 fine and 6 points.
