…or just plain stupid!
…when after being caught in the rain yesterday, you continue to try and clean your bike, and proceed to dry it off in the pouring rain this afternoon! Doh! It can’t stay dry for more than 45 minutes in this bloomin country!

I know how you feel! I need to do some serious cleaning but keep putting it off till the weather is “better”. Ahem!
Yesterday was the most feckin’ horrible weather to ride in evah. Know what you mean about that desperate feeling you got to clean it NOW though no matter what lol. You should see the trike. “Would you like salt with that?”.
Poor engine. On the way home, 10 miles gone and the temp needle is barely propping itself up on an elbow.
Off topic: The Wheatsheaf, Marsh Green. Open log fire is a godesend in this weather, food is brilliant and generously served, Harvey’s Harlow Bitter at 3.5% is just right.
Gave the end can a good clean yesterday with Autosol, does not look like it now though! Also bled the front brakes and they are two finger stoppers now. Lovely.
have to look up that pub, sounds lovely! Friend has a large wood stove in his living room, tis gorgeous!

Try living in the west coast of Scotland for 22 years. Living down here is like a desert, the weather for biking is ******* ace!
Yep, me to. Except I replace ‘week’ with ‘year’
I do look after the chain though.
