Just got back from Brands, (been to watch the some of the LBers track day) after careful study of all the weather sites, decided me and my mate took our bikes. OH well you live and learn:D:D nice way to spend the day off though;)
Shame about the track day weather, but the guys didnt seem too downbeat, they’ll have lots of stories to tell i’m sure… now its off for nice hot shower…

Did you go to A&E? Have you had it checked by anyone?
I idnt go to A&E or the docs, as its a badly sprained ankle which need resting, it`s getting better.
Always worth getting it checked JIC. Wandered around on a broken ankle for two days once thinking it was just a bad sprain. Didn’t do it any favours.
BTW - there is this stuff called Bromelain, herbal stuff made from an extract of pineapple stalks. Works absolute wonders on sprains and swelling. Highly recommend it. Available from most health shops.
Cheers for that Loki, today the ankle doesnt hurt as much as yesterday, but seeing i work on building sites its not easy getting around over all the crap lieing around.
I think i`ll take tomorrow off just to rest it somemore.
Another glorious day here…sunshine…no wind…it’s supposed to be in the 80’s again. And here I sit in the office listening to the riding season clock tick down. 
I’d give nearly ANYTHING to get out of this rat race…but just haven’t figured out how yet.
