Neither
I don’t like cruisers but if that’s your style go for it… Also I always recommend people avoid the 125 and go straight for DAS as you’ll get so quickly bored of the 125. Better to just save up
All I can tell you is that in Greece I see soooo many Viragos and they are in various states of repair. I can only assume that they are easy enough to maintain or bodge back together
TBH there’s probably not much difference in them… Dragstar is made by Yamaha so should be as reliable. In terms of fun riding, can’t see them being that much fun or that much different
Dont listen to these speed junkies who cant understand the joy of slowness and bad handling . I have the taste for both ends of the spectrum with the superduke and the suzuki cruiser also known as RatTataTRat … although with more CC than yours its really not much faster or any better at corners . Really they are all much of a like with the speeds be the same… but one of em sounds like a male impotence treatment …so dragster is probably easier to say in public
I think a C90 would be a better bet

Pin:cool.
dragstar holds much more in the tank than the virago. Also looks bigger in general.
lm not up for speedy bikes it will never be my style
l like to cruise comfy not glued to my bike
if l like english buldog l wont get a greyhound right ;)??
its all about personal choices
Virago is decided
Haha, for a sec I thought this bike was called Viagro
Well I like custom bikes and was the proud owner of a Virago 750 for ten years (to 2007), it was my only bike and I used it a lot for year-round commuting and touring.
It was very comfortable and generally reliable with the exception of its glaring design error - a very weak starter clutch which failed every two years or so, and was expensive to get fixed. Not sure if the XV125 has the same problem but if it has, then at least you’ve been warned.
Another bike you may want to consider is the Suzuki Marauder 125. I saw one on my way into work this morning, its seat height is about the same as the Virago, and it looks pretty good.
haha l know the name sucks big time
l will get mine re-painted and l will just put wings with V and Yamaha instead
l was thinking about something like yamaha ybr 125 but it looks like pizza boy bike typical londoner A to B commuter - so l pass on this one.
but l love the design of virago
l checked suzuki marauder as well - thanks for note eezyrida! l was told its very heavy though
