Nice looking bike.
Have you got the rear foot pegs, hangers and seat?

No not at the moment

Such a shame, we’ll have to pass on this one.

Wanna swap your full system for a set of yoshimura cans (with OEM down pipes) before the sale… I’ll give you rear seat and pegs too?:stuck_out_tongue:

No sorry

Any offers???

Fairly sure you can’t transfer any accident liability like that. You can either have the damage repaired and claim for your loss or, sell it on at a less than market value due to the damage and claim for your loss in the sale price.

Then again it looks as if your asking a little too much, especially if you’re after a quick sale

HI,

i was not intending to transfer the liability, if the claim gets accepted, who ever buys the bike will just need to come to my address on the day of inspection. the price is high but I’m open to offers.

2004 R1 are currently going for around the 4k mark. you can get it repaired for about £300. also has a full system worth about £800 plus S4 alarm system.

i will probably let it go for no less then £3500

aslo i have found the pillion seat

How high is the air intake and what’s it like through fords?

 LMAO!!!
Sorry…

Zoot alors Mr Art!

You want a DUKW Amphibian mate not a bike!

Mon Dieu Ross

I’ve been looking on Van Trader, Truck Trader and Rubber Duck Trader with no luck so thought I might check out an old R1 off LB

Bonjour BenyBoy, even at £3,500.00 it’s still the thick end of £1k over budget, est-ce que je suis bovvered - mais oui!

I wouldn’t say it is a grand-overpriced Art.

According to Parkers, which is what traders use:

From a private seller, expect to pay between £3,250 and £3,900 and aim to pay £3,550.

Given extras you may be at the higher end of that scale, but given damage, it would drag it back down.

I think the £3,500 mark is probably not far off…IF the damage is only £300 to repair.

i’d say its a good price for that bike with that kind of mileage and the full system.

I’ll giver you 2k for it.

Please don’t let me be misunderstood

It’s the best part of a grand over my budget of £2,700.00
