Winter Gloves

i’ve used Pathan Evo 3 and 5 finger.

both work very very well, the 3 finger i have used in -5 for a 15 mile ride, and they did the job.

i now have a pair of sheltex Limit gloves for milder weather, never leaked, and fairly warm down to about 5 degrees, then i switch over to my 5 finger Pathans- which so far are proving superb.

the Pathan range have 70grm of Thinsulte in them as well as a waterproof membrane, i dont see many come back leaking…

its does get to a point where not much will help, bar heated grips and bar muffs.

if your doing some distance you cannot beat bar muff+ heated grips combo.

Got a pair of Spada Enforcer winter gloves

Used them for a couple of years and really impressed with them
The built-in visor wiper is also extremely useful

Also have a pair of Alpine Star leather winter gloves with gore-tex, which cost more than double, but I prefer the Spada by miles

Whichever winter gloves you get, make sure they’re not tight. Get a size bigger or your fingers will freeze

Plus another for the Spada Enforcer WP. You will be hard pressed to find anything else this good for the money.

I have 2 pairs, one with crushed down insulation which are spring/autumn gloves and the second are nearly new as winter gloves. I kind of look after my riding gear so both get the water proofing treatment when I remember. Well worth the money and small effort.
