Sorry for the moan but just feeling really pissed off at the moment.
I’ve been having a really crap 6 months and it just amazes me that so many things can go wrong at once when life was so smooth up to that point.

Tax man decided I owe him £65,000 for 03-05 although I have already paid tax for that period and I have to prove I don’t
Brother in laws mother was taken ill and 3 weeks later she was dead
4 Father has been diagnosed with a tumor, 4th time in 2 years and this time they don’t think they can do anything.
5 Blew the engine on the Bandit
6 Had a break in and lost 4 Fenders and 2 Taylor guitars
Just waiting to see what other **** can hit the fan
**** So sorry, sounds really tough. Hang in there, things will get better. I know that sounds lame. But they have to…laws of karma…yup, bad things all come at once…you have my uttermost sympathy, a few of those points are very close to home at the moment. Things will get better…they have to.

Well he’s beaten it three times maybe he can do it a fourth time. The most worrying thing is he had a blood test and the results came back with a PSA reading of 1 (that’s the prostate thing) as he has medical cover he demanded and got a MRI scan and they turned up the tumor 6mm x 3mm. When he went to see the specialist he was told that if he had been NHS they would have not done the scan until his PSA reading was 20+, what size would the tumor have been then??
I really do worry about the state of the health care in this country, what chance have any of us got.
MRI scans uncover so much…and I know that there is an american company looking to set up MRI scanning units all over the country and make it a simple walk in walk out affair for every patient in the UK…not sure how far it has gone as of yet though…
Get your accountant to look at the tax thing…if you are self employed or a contractor then they are just playing games with you because you were late filling your return,Tax people make it up when they cant find an answer,andif you dont appeal it becomes fact…they have very very draconian powers and they abuse it all the time…hidden behind the law of the land…biggest thieves in he country nexy to the vat…
All I can say is get the goggles and snorkle set on… that is how my year feels. I’m not going to bother putting stuff down.
Good that your dad insisted on the MRI, that is exactly the right time to catch the tumour. My father went through the same and is still around some 18 years later. Hope all goes well.
One moment everything is ticking along nicely, the next, it’s all in bits and some things will never be the same. Seems to go in phases. Sorry you’ve hit one of these patches, good luck with it.

First bit of good news. Got an engine off eBay for £200, shipped and delivered on Tuesday and I got a phone call at 4:45 to say the bandit is all systems go.
Picking it up at 9 tomorrow…very happy bunny for the first time in a long while
