Back in the US we pretty much exclusively use self-serve care washes on our bikes. Something where you pop in a few coins and can use the spray nozzle. I haven’t been able to find one anywhere but perhaps its called something different here? I’m looking for something like this in London as I don’t have anywhere to wash it except the side of the road. What do you guys do? Any self serve washes that you guys know of or good spot where you can do it all yourself?
They’re not unusual in petrol stations, but it’ll be larger ones out-of-town.
I normally get a hand car wash to do it, though.

There are a few jetwash garages in town too. There’s one in the petrol station on Albert embankment if you’re central ish.

Jetwash is the name of the equipment, a sort of generic term for a high pressure hosepipe.
I forget the name of the garage on Albert embankment, I think it’s Texaco, it’s just north of metropolis.
Give up washing your bike. You now live in what you guys all a ‘marine environment’. Spend your money fixing corrosion related issues like the rest of us 
Keep yourself secure as you clean it. There’s far too much bike jacking going on.

Fantastic, if anybody's got any jet wash locations in South London, let me have it! I'm based in Clapham so the closer the better!
Balham petrol station opposite the Tesco one on the high st between balham/tooting bec had one when I lived there, although that was a couple of years ago.
edit: Just checked google maps and looks like it’s been knocked down to build flats
