Where do you buy your car tyres in West London

I used to get mine on blackcircles.com and then get them fitted at Kwikfit, but Kwikfit don’t seem to be fitting for Black Circles any more and after I Googled all the suggested garages they had terrible reviews. Any recommendations?

Ok so I can get the tyres I need on Amazon (amazingly as I have some vouchers from work). But where can you go in London where you can turn up with our own tyres and get them fitted? Or is that a bad idea all round?

I’ve been there a few years ago for a new tyre and MOT. They argued with me over the price they quoted me on the phone, called me up to say the tracking was out which they could fix for £30 (I assume to make up their margin as the car had only been serviced a week earlier and the tracking was fine) and scratched one of my wheels.

Don’t be so fussy Joby, what tyres do you want to put on it? most of the big firms are doing offers at the moment, and nearly all will price match. I got Pirellis at bogohp last time I needed some, just had to do some googling.

Same as mine, They were on buy one get one half price at ATS recently, Feltham tyre services were doing them at about £90 each, which is very reasonable. wrong time of year for you though bud, only offers at the moment are for winter tyres, which are a waste of dough in this country IMO

Use these all the time, and get them fitted 500m from my house as they use loads of local fitters.

I went here in the end: http://www.tradetyres.co.uk/index.html. I got a great deal on Pirellis which was cheaper than black circles. £108 for P7s, fitted.

camskill.co.uk do some very good deals on tyres.

I’ve bought all mine from there in the past and found a friendly local fitter who popped them on for a fiver per corner.
