You may all pay hommage to the one and only me as Im now the LB wheely king !! Pulled the motha of all wheelies today, musta been 6 inches high and 15 to 20 yards !!
now after touching cloth and butt nibbling seat for grip I got to thinking…lordy! that for a game of soldiers, will now be onto SUZUKI to complain as surely thats not possible/allowed on a teapot
any advice on how to calm my shattered nerves would be appreciated :P:D
Think you should have a stiff drink! lol:D
practise makes perfect, that way you wouldn’t be scared… but on the closed private roads mind you
Glad you survived, you’re lucky to be alive

Have a nice sweet tea
TEACH ME! TEACH ME!!
Good innit ! ;)
We want photo’s
BTW, what’s a teapot ?
How many bags of Tate & Lyle’s finest did you have to put in the top box Steve?
We know a song about teapot’s don’t we children:D
SteveGSX… have you not read my post!!! Its wrong I tell you, wrong!
I will warn you, once you start there’s no stopping. Adrenaline is one hell of a drug!
Plus you might end up with days of worry after getting caught by the long arm… :crying:
its wot you pour water in ![]()
I can see Steve riping his fairing off, slapping on some Renthals and hanging round B&Q car parks next weekend:D
Change your pants, sell your bike, buy a car and hide from adrenaline for the rest of your life…then become an aggravation junkie, develop road rage and get re-hooked on adrenlaine without any of the fun…
Stuff calming the nerves…take that tonic and try something new… be brave go on!
All hail.
Gin usually numbs my nerves.
I remember my first ‘accidental’ wheelie - I’d only been riding a week or so, filtered through some traffic to the front of the que - got cramp in my frozen fingers and dumped the clutch - the wheel shot up and I shat it and grabbed a hand full of throttle instead of shutting off for a second rode it through a red light for about 12ft before it slammed down.
Got to say apart from the obvious stains in my boxers there may have been a little seamen - cos’ it was quite exciting!
I remember having a go on my mate’s RS125 whilst wearing my slippers (just come out my house). Gave it a handful as I let the clutch go a bit too quick and shot off diagonally up the road on the back wheel. Managed to get it back down again without hitting the lamp post or kerb … phew!
The very first time I left my house on my 12R, I had my girlfriend on the back. I pulled out of my street onto City Road giving it a gentle twist and the front wheel just went smoothly airborne. It does that and feels rock solid whilst doing it! … but I still only do it by accident.
