whats your next bike gonna be and why......

I recon I’d probably buy a z750 as a direct replacement however I might just be tempted to go down the SM route… Probably with something like an XR650

One day i’ll get myself one of these

but the most likely bike next will be

either an R1 in white or black

or a blade

Triumph bonneville which will be happening in the nr future, why? cos i have always wanted 1 since was about 16 but then was not feasable to run as an everyday bike so the new hinkleys are heaven sent, lol

theres a comparison in Bike mag between Z750r, GSR750 and Street3 you might wanna read first

I have no idea what my next bike is going to be, but eventually I’d like one of these:

That baby’s got back.

What about you, Leon, as you haven’t answered your own question yet…what’s yours?

depends how much i can actually save.
if i somehow find the money, either a new divvy f, or street triple

or

in reality, either a thundercat, or curvy SV650
or

a hornet would be a realistic option that is as good as the str3

Flats.

And I’m going to ride him like Sea Biscuit

do you really want the full list of possibilities?
thats just the current top 4 :stuck_out_tongue:
this is me planning for when my restriction comes out (just over 1 year left  )

Full list (in a sort-of order of desirability)
Divvey f
Street triple
Thundercat
SV650s
CBR600f (either old one, or current)
Hornet (or hornet s)
XT660
MT-03

Well I plan to get a 600RR 2007 model onwards end of the summer to build into a dedicated track bike over the winter months ready for next track season

something like this

I will then sell the CBR beginning of next summer and try and get a GSXR750 road bike and plan to wrap it and do a moto gp rep like below

eugh. You really need to ride a Ducati

and Leon, for a nice track tool, what about something like this:

http://londonbikers.com/forums/Topic826411-39-1.aspx

proper bargain!

it is a bargain… however I want:

light, modern, 600, 4 pot, honda (reliable)

Thats old, heavy, thou, twin and Aprilia (not so reliable!)

Nothing exotic for me but I want one of these:

Just like my old one. I want to restore one when I have the space and keep my current 929 Blade. I’m proper old school me like

Your information about Aprilias is obviously biased and mis-informed. Underestimate them at your peril. :stuck_out_tongue:

Nice bike with some good parts.
