That was great to watch.
I’d ring the RAC and say ‘I think it’s flooded’ 
If you watch carefully you’ll see that the 1st vehicle goes wide and misses it… the second vehicle stops because it hits the cover from the drain… So whilst a little extra planning wouldn’t have gone a miss it’s not entirely fair to say the drivers were total muppets.
That is just incredible. You always hear about flooding, but you never really see it in cities in full fury.
