I never bothered to finish my qualification, but I’ve always been very lucky with my employers.
This lot pay me a fortune to work a 3.5 day week (Monday pm, Tues-Thursday) and always make sure that my hours are flexible should I need to attend a BMF meeting or pop to Brussels.
They even gave me a season ticket to buy a new bike!

Well, not originally, but I got a refund on the season ticket after 6 months and bought the bike and insurance with it.

Thats strange, I’ve done work for them too - they use software supplied by a company I used to work for so I was called in from time to time to provide training. Have moved on and upwards in the last couple of years from Business nalayst to BSM…now project managing within JLT.

As of last week, Personnel Manager for a stockbroker in Smithfiled and the bit that takes up almost as much time - CQMS for a TA Company. One pays the mortgage, the other pays for and provides fun (and too little sleep and hurry up and wait and jumped up idiots with commissions, but i do get to shoot things ).
