West London To Peterborough

I’m riding up to Peterborough tomorrow from West London. Does anyone know any decent roads or routes on the way up there?

I’m wanting to avoid Motorways and the A1 if I can help it.

Head for the A10 bro . . . few if any speed cameras and it’ll take you virtually all the way there

It is a fun road but watch out for the farm vehicles lurching out of hedges this time of year and the mud, I’m a bit paranoid about road surfaces now Some of the fen roads also have deep drainage ditches either side, seen a few cars in them and once in, you usually can’t be seen from the road.
