1 Role
· Work in a team of exceptional and experiencedsoftware engineers, in a technical and development focussed environment.
· Software developer, responsible for creation ofinternal tools to improve the productivity of the whole software team, coveringareas such as:
o Automatedbuild process.
o Continuousintegration / unit testing.
o Softwarequality process.
o Integrationof disparate corporate systems for estimation, bug tracking, planning, sourcecontrol etc.
· Development uses the following technologies:
o MicrosoftC#.NET.
o OracleSQL, PL/SQL.
o ASP.NET,MVC, Javascript, HTML.
o MicrosoftWindows (desktop and server).
o Powershell.
o Msbuild.
· Based at Titian head office in central London.
· Opportunity to switch to regular softwareengineer role, working on Mosaic product.
· Opportunity for progression to senior softwareengineer / project leader / consultant, depending upon aptitude and interests.
2 The Person· Very bright, with a 2.1 degree or higher from a leadinguniversity and good A-level results in numerate subjects (As and Bs).
· Competent in at least one object oriented programminglanguage.
· Competent in at least one scripting language.
· Familiar with Windows.
· An organised person, able to estimate and workto deadlines.
· Keen on process improvement.
· 2 to 4 years commercial experience.

· Titian’s Mosaic software product is used by mostof the top 20 bio-pharmaceutical companies to aid them in the pursuit of morerapid drug discovery.
