Just to play devils advocate here, there was another thread recently about car drivers driving badly and reporting them to the police. Nobody seemed to mind and I imagine that most people on this forum have a car license and a car.
It does beg the question does he do it for cars as well? If not then he is a toss pot.
I think that the most that would happen is the information would be logged into the criminal intelligence database. But I would imagine that most of the time it just get thrown out.
