Sexercise is the best exercise!!!You need clear measures of success…which is why it’s best to set small achievable goals so you can stay motivated by seeing that it’s working!!! Make sure you do eat regularly though…but the right things. These slimming clubs aren’t actually a bad idea if you’re someone who needs to be told what to eat (and Alex is great if you need to be told exactly what to eat and when). Be prepared for the plateua though…it will come further down the line and that will be the test of your commitment.
For me its about lifestyle. I hate gyms. When I was an office worker I was a fatty with no time or motivation to exercise. I found jogging the best thing, just 20 to 30 mins as many times a week as I could. Started with 10 mins to start with and built up. Ended up doing half marathons. The weight fell off, like half a stone in the first week
Be careful though, it might not be good to lose too much weight, or the wife must be able to get you off the top of her. (Or maybe you’ll be such an athletic sex god she’ll want more) Good luck, try to enjoy exercise, I found that’s the key. I didnt change what I ate, but drank more water.
