want to dye my leathers

Well i feel like i want a change so looking to change my colours but a new bike and leathers is abit pricey lol.
so was wondering would i be able to dye my leathers say all black? at the moment they are black grey red and white, i know wasp is the leather queen but dont want to bombard her with questions. has anyone done this themself or had a place do it?

p.s sorry about the format im on my phone

I think pink would suit ya mate - go for it!

is that to match your pink handbag:D

I know you can buy leather dye and leather spray paint … i’ve never used it, so no idea how long it’ll last, or how the end result will look?

Do a google search

PM Wasp, I am sure she dyed PPG’s leathers for her.

Back in the 80’s I had a set of 2-piece leathers, mostly black, blue panels with white edges. I dyed the blue bits red using one of those two-part shoe colour kits, it worked fine and lasted for years so it can be done. Wasp, being resident experrt leather-lady, can surely tell you more.

I did mine a while back using products from www.gliptone.com and they were fine for a couple of years…Cant remember exactly the ones I used though…

Sorry…it appears they are now www.liquidleather.com the first link is to a USA site…

Samm (forum name WASP) dyes leathers, changes graphics and does pretty much everthing.

She can take a set of leathers and transform the style.

She can even repair zips on boots.

Send her a PM and get your suit booked in.

Oi u meanie stop being so mean to Shiver

I dyed some a couple of years ago.

TO Black I might add!
