Generally yes, but it depends what you are comparing it to. The Furygan Vertigo isn’t Gore-Tex but is a brilliant jacket for the price, warm, waterproof, durable. If you can get a good Gore-Tex jacket for under £300, then yeah for the Gore-Tex.
