Didnt even realise there was a “set up cost” per call - and its just as well I only use 118888 (despite the fact they are pants - anyone else get bad service?)…It really annoys me that you have to give the town the business youre asking for is in! Im buggered if I know where Carole Nash customer services is based for example - if I could look that up, then I could look up the number, surely…Im sure that’s a scam to keep you on the phone longer…
Apparently they are upping these wonderful prices on 10th March…aside from their tied in 118888.
