How 3D printing has changed the ways we can learn such stuff. Much more engaging than half a century back when we had brightly painted cutaways of the real thing and line drawings to visualise what was happening.
If only someone could invent some kind of system of fuel injection so they do not need to be regularly cleaned out. (with insulin)
