Recently purchased another bike and was sorting paperwork yesterday and the previous, previous owner has left all there motorbike test certificates in the log book wallet
the guy i got it from dosent have the previous guys number anymore… and he did purchased over a year ago so may have moved since so if anyone lives in this Area near this road?
if so can you PM please
and possibly knock on there door give them my number so can sort them getting this back…

Royal Mail
A little old fashioned I know but why not just send them a letter explaining the situation and asking them to contact you?
Put you name and address on the back as a single line at the bottom of the envelope proceeded by the word ‘from’. If they’ve moved on recently then Royal Mail may be redirecting their mail or if the present occupier refuses the letter Royal Mail can return it to you, then at least you.
I did think about that but thought would try here first incase anyone lives in area
