Personal experiences will vary wildly on this. My opinion is if you want it doing proper job do it yourself. If that is not an option one workshop will be as good or as bad as the next. Best service tends to be borne out of long term relationships.

When you say urgent repair, is it rideable or do you need somewhere in pushing distance?
I used London motorcyles when they were in Ealing and they were fine. They’ve moved to Hammersmith recently
