The bidding was at £120 but they jumped to £300 and then £310 both by new users. How can I jump to such a high amount with no change in between.
Should I cancel these bids as they look dodgy since other XDAs are selling at around 120.
Please help urgently…Thanks.

Thanks mate…I did just that…Cheers dude.
You can see massive jumps in the bidding on ebay, for perfectly legitimate reasons
Lets say I really want to buy item x it’s sitting at £100 but I am prepared to pay £300 for it
I put in my maximum bid of 300 and it registers that bid as the next figure above the maximum that was bid by the previous highest bidder (say £110, the auction now stands at £120
Another bidder comes along and bids his maximum, like me he values it as £300 so he puts this, the auction immediately jums to £300 in my name as I bid that amount first not wishing to be out bid the other party places a new maximum of £350 but the auction now stands at £310 as that was the next increment above mine.
Still any new user bidding £300 on a mobile phone has got to be suspect.
