why wait!!
Quality…how did they do that !!!
Foxes are a nuisance, I agree, but they should be killed humanely.
A friend has them nesting and digging under her garden shed and they’re causing chaos.
CHAOS !!
Exactly Sweetheart !!!
It was a post asking for advice !!
I’m with you on this abbeyj!.
oh…& ps: i’m sure the ALF (animal liberation front) etc, would love to meet you fox haters down a dark alley!.
Prat !!
Fuk me Barro, the answer is on your doorstep.
Take a short walk into Regents park zoo and get as much lion/tiger poo as you can carry. Spread this liberaly around the boundary of your home and let nature take it’s course.
As they are of the dog world they are governed by scent, ie; all info about their world and who is the dominant force is in the schit.
If ya can’t get any schit then I suggest you get the strongest chili powder and sprinkle around your bins/boundary etc.
I suspect this fox has got pups to feed and this is why you have more of a prob at this particular time.
yawn
i meet people like you everyday barro!.
yawns again
get my drift? - good, i knew you would, now it’s as simple as; fcuk off.
ps: im still with you on this abbeyj.

Honestly mate, you’re onto a loser. No matter how many you toast, when there’s a space in the environment, a new one will just move in, that’s how nature works mate.
So you can spend ages tearing your hair and worrying about how to get rid of something you just can’t get rid of,
Or you can work out a way to live with them…?
I’m an animal lover myself, but it sickensme to hear of someone bigging up attacks by the ALF more than a fox being shot. Pathetic bunch of cowardly grave robbing loosers.
A dark alley, that would be right…
foxes have been in my garden for the 25 yrs that I have lived there, apart from the occasional yelping and the ‘run’ under the fence you would not know they were there - my neighbour had the right idea, he would leave dog biscuits out for them so they would have no need to forage for food - when he dismantled his shed they found 2 cubs in a run under the floor, so they put them out at night for the adults to collect.
Hey Barro, how come you have changed all your posts??!! worried who may see these??!! all bark no bite![]()
Let the animals be, they are probably just mating. It wont last long; and if it does try ear plugs![]()
This works Barro, I have had a problem with cats fighting over my garden for years it was like having a crying baby at times, I bought a dog a few months ago and the cats are gone at last, if a fox smell tiger poop then it will run a mile.
High powered air riffle and a very good shot of a husband soon got rid if them ![]()
They are vermin and have caused my neighbors dog to get really Ill and a fortune in vets fees.
I contacted the RSPCA who would have nothing to do with it, the council just told me to get a private exterminator who wanted £350 quid to catch them and shoot them.
My husband comes for the farming community so he is more than capable of dealing with them.
Earplugs – not just for the motorway ![]()
This sort of thing really boils my piss. The phrase “high powered air rifle” is bollox. You have one type of air rifle that is generally available without an FAC and another that requires an FAC and all the associated stuff that goes with it.
A normal legal limit air rifle does not pack the punch to take down a fox. I wouldn’t even consider taking a shot at a fox with an FAC rated rifle. As a minimum you’ve got to be looking at a rim fire with hollow point ammo. Not because its the “gung ho” thing to use but to try to avoid over penetration and the danger of the bullet passing straight through your quarry.
To use either and FAC rated air rifle or a rim fire in a garden of a private dwelling would have all sorts of reprocussions from the law. Study the law and what you can and cant do re fire arms etc then come back and talk about it.
Its idiot comments like the one you post that give the “anti’s” enough ammo ('scuse the pun) to finally nail the coffin lid down on shooting sports.
As for the fox situation, look on the BASC website for advise, they usually have some, or trawl t’internet for pest control advice. There are plenty of deterants out on the market, that work, without resorting to ill advised use of fire arms from people that clearly no nothing about what they are talking about…
As far as I know and I stand to be corrected, you are correct in that the type of gun that you would need to get a good clean shot would be illegal to use in urban areas.
