Should be a good all rounder and for touring & fun & pillion… unless anyone has any other advice… it’s the one for me!!!

Be prepared for hefty tyre and chain bills, though.
And the rear is a 200 section, so not a lot of choice (you can fit a 190 without a problem)

A couple of points…500 miles a day isn’t really a lot and, provided this isn’t your daily commute, it won’t be a problem even on a naked bike.Only having 5 gears isn’t an issue…my XJR has 5 but only really needs 2.
That said, it’s not the bike I use for big trips…that’s what a ZZR is for.
