Just seen a car pulled over on West Hill, Dirtford.
Black 4x4, Mitsubishi Warrior L200, unmarked, blacked out windows, i think black wheels, not too sure. lots of pretty blue and red flashing lights hidden on it. Reg: LV10 ???
