Hi all

I am selling my 2004 (54) Speed Four with regret as it’s a fantastic bike, uber reliable, faultless, been properly serviced by Triumph, gleaming paintwork,100% oil and water tight and fast!

What more would you want from a bike that looks about 2 years old! I’m only selling because I am buying a mates DooCatee(for a lot more £ I can tell you)

Great 1st big bike for someone - or a capable naked that can zoom around town.

Edited - have just looked up reviews on the internet and it is actually pretty similar to what I have already (Street Triple 675).

Looks a mint bike!!

It was the Street Triples older brother really - looks very similar but, of course, has the four pot lump not the triple.

I had a Daytona 675 before this and I can say that the handling is better on the Speed Four :stuck_out_tongue:

iirc, same engine as the TT600 too.

You’re right Mr G!

When they brought out the TT600 in 2000 they did have fueling problems that led to a number of recalls - this was sorted out by mid 2001 and by the time my Speed Four was put together (2004) these were alll over and the engines ran as sweet as a nut.

Certainly mine has no flat spots or hesitation but just pulls up the rev range - great!
